I. Accountability

1. Keep your username and password confidential.The FRCentral Administration Team will not be held liable for any unauthorized access of accounts.

2. Any information posted in this forum is being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without the author's consent, the administrator and moderators cannot be held responsible for any intellectual theft or hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

3. The administrator and moderators of this forum will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, but the review of every message is impossible. Therefore all posts made in this forum express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrator or the moderators and they will not be held liable.

4. Posts cannot be deleted by the user and can only be edited within 24 hours of its post. Please give each comment consideration and thought before posting. Requests for deletion or modification of comments are usually not honored.

II. Content

1. The administrator and moderators of this forum have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic or post at any time should they see fit.

2. Any transaction is made and agreed upon by consenting adults, but written sentiments on the fulfillment of the fiduciary agreement is encouraged. The administration team advises against mentioning of transaction details.

3. Post comments that are contributory and worthwhile. Do not post comments that are similar to the following:

 a. "Please message me." Send your message directly to the user you wish to communicate with via private message.

 b. "What is his contact number?" Model's contact numbers are posted at the site they are featured or at the first post of the thread. Spa models may be contacted via the massage parlor they are affiliated with.

4. Please do not treat the forum as you would a chat room.

5. In compliance with Sparklit’s Terms of Service, the FRC Administration Team strictly prohibits any form of publication or discussion of the following:

 a. child pornography/pedophilia
 b. bestiality
 c. incest
 d. plagiarized and copyrighted material
 e. illegal substance and drug abuse
 f. threats of violence against a person or group of people
 g. racial and gender discrimination
 h. any material leading to transmission of viruses and malwares

III. Conduct

1. Forum participants are to treat each other with respect and courtesy. Discuss the subject of disagreements but do not engage in character assassination of other users.

2. The creation of comprehensive rules and regulations for FRC is improbable. Certain issues will fall on the verdict of its current administrators. As such, please heed the pieces of advice and warnings of the administrator and the moderators. Failure to do so is grounds for expulsion from the forum. Disrespect to the administrator and the moderators is also grounds for expulsion.

If any of the rules and regulations stated above are unacceptable to you, you may leave the forum.

Rules and regulations will be updated as deemed necessary.
